Pianist / composer Holly Arsenault's debut CD, 'hush', was released to critical acclaim in 2005, when she was a fixture on the Montreal jazz scene. In 2007 she returned to her native Nova Scotia and has been in high demand in Halifax as a leader, sideperson, arranger and educator ever since. Shelley Hamilton, a talented singer/writer/actor, released her first CD Feeling Good, 2004 at the CBC's Glenn Gould Theatre. Along with the critically acclaimed cd of the same name, Shelley has also created Feeling Good, a one-woman cabaret show that debuted to rave reviews at the 2004 Atlantic Fringe Festival and in Toronto (Yorkville). Her music video, Cali Alone (that was shot in Costa Rica) aired in 2006 on Bravo Television. Her performance credits include CBC's Rita McNeil & Friends, Anne Murray's Christmas, The Newsroom, Breakfast Television, and a variety of shows on the Comedy Network. In addition, for several years she has been a featured performer at the Toronto Jazz Festival.
