Jared Farney's High Sobriety Big Band

[The New Standard monthly concert series] Jared Farney's High Sobriety Band (Antigonish) takes their high energy improvisation to JazzEast stage. Jared Farney (drums), Matt Macdougall (guitar) Peter Bull (bass) and Evan Mahaney (Sax) have recently stretched out beyond their St. FX digs and have impressed Halifax jazz fans with their ability to blend elements of rock and hip hop with modern Jazz in a way that seems effortless.
