ARTIST SUBMISSIONS: Canadian artists wishing to submit materials to be considered for the 2009 TD Canada Trust Atlantic Jazz Festival (July 10-18) and are intending to apply for Canada Council touring support (Dec 1 deadline) should submit their materials before Nov.1. Electronic submissions are accepted. If it is not certain the Atlantic Jazz Festival is the right fit for your music, be sure to contact the Artistic Director before sending a package.
LOCAL MUSICIANS: Halifax and Nova Scotia musicians wishing to be considered for the 2009 TD Canada Trust Atlantic Jazz Festival should contact Laura before February 2009 to discuss submission requirements.
FOREIGN MUSICIANS: JazzEast is now accepting applications from foreign musicians wishing to be considered for the 2009 TD Canada Trust Atlantic Jazz Festival. The deadline for applications is January 15. Please contact the Artistic Diretor if the deadline has passed and you would still like to submit your project for consideration.
